Hauslley Silva moved to the Bay Area in 1990. He is originally from Brazil and speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently. He graduated from UOP with a Bachelor's Degree with High Honors in 2002 and has extensive experience in real estate, sales, marketing, and negotiating. He enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, and playing poker in his free time.

Randi Silva is also a graduate with High Honors from UOP. She is originally from San Jose, and so has extensive first hand knowledge of Bay Area housing and the local real estate market. She is particularly excited to be able to help first-time home buyers successfully navigate the home-buying process. She is also very dedicated to spending time with her family and giving back to her community. The Silvas currently live in San Jose with their two sons, Myles and Jaxon, and their dog, Sierra.
